Because the Efficiency Maine Business Program offers information and cash incentives to all Maine businesses that install qualified energy-efficient electric products, there are many businesses that need assistance with process and implementation. To help fill that need, Efficiency Maine works with businesses like yours to help customers along.
By becoming a Program Ally you can help your customers by providing:
- Current information about available cash incentives
- Cash incentive applications for eligible energy efficient electrical products
- Self-survey tools developed for the Efficiency Maine Business Program to help you and your customers identify and evaluate opportunities to save electricity
- Information about products that can help your customers save electricity and money and improve productivity

- Customer acquisition— who will contact you because you are on the list of Efficiency Maine’s participating suppliers and contractors
- Publicity— because as a Program Ally you may be featured in Efficiency Maine promotional materials
- Training— which we will provide to you and your customers
