25 lamps per coupon and 12 fixtures.
Available at many hardware stores, home supply stores and grocery stores.

Energy Star Residential Lighting Program

Loans for: Home Energy Audit.; Insulation, Air Sealing & Weather-Stripping; Heating System Repair & Replacement ; Storm Windows & Doors Energy Star Rated Windows & Appliances

1%-3% Loan plus origination fees

Most households – with some moderate household income restrictions.

Home Energy Loan Maine State Housing Authority Program

Grant.  100% of cost

LIHEAP is targeted to low and very low income Maine homeowners and renters. Persons interested in applying for LIHEAP assistance should apply at the nearest Community Action Program office.
