2.	Business Program	Electric saving measures in common areas	Prescriptive and custom incentives up to $50,000 per year
3.	PACE Loans	Low interest loans for projects saving at least 20% in 1-4 unit buildings in participating towns	4.99% APR loans
4.	Residential Air Sealing Program	Six hours of sealing air leaks or installing insulation by a Registered Vendor in 1-4 unit buildings that have an energy audit from a Participating Energy Advisor	$600/unit rebate for 6 hours/unit of air sealing or insulation with an energy audit OR $1,200/unit rebate for 12 hours/unit of air sealing or insulation with an energy audit for Unitil customers only
5.	Natural Gas Program	Unitil commercial customers installing high efficiency gas heating systems	Prescriptive incentives up to $10,000
6.	Low Income Multifamily Weatherization Program	Any cost effective energy upgrade for electrically heated multifamily buildings with >66% tenants eligible for Low Income Heating Assistance Program (LIHEAP)	Free energy audit and energy efficiency upgrade
