MAINE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION PROCEDURAL ORDER

Procedures for Conservation Program Planning

On November 7, 2003, Central Maine Power Company (CMP) filed a request to reconsider the Commission’s October 20, 2003 Order Adopting Conservation Program Plan. By operation of Chapter 110, Section 1004 of the Commission Rules, CMP;s request would be denied if not granted within 20 days. In order to permit the Commission to consider CMP’s request for longer than 20 days, the Hearing Examiner waives the operation of Chapter 110, Section 1004. CMP’s request will be acted upon only by a decision granting or denying the request.
