For Our Participating Energy Advisors

Thank you for your continued support for our Maine PACE and PowerSaver Loan programs. With your help, hundreds of Mainers are saving energy and money this year with Efficiency Maine financing. We know you recognize the benefits that these loans offer to both you and your customers. To continue this success, we are excited to announce the availability of new marketing materials available to support you in offering loans to your customers. We’ve created a best practices guide to help you promote PACE and PowerSaver Loans titled, “Promote Efficiency Maine Loans and Build Your Business: 10 Tips & Tools.”  Please contact Dana Fischer for a copy of the guide.

As of April 30, 2012, Participating Energy Advisors will be eligible to receive up to $300 per unit in 1 to 4 unit buildings for conducting a minimum of 6 hours of blower door driven air-sealing and insulation work per unit to provide immediate savings to homeowners. A smaller incentive is also being made for test out reporting on completed weatherization projects where the projects are projected to exceed 20% projected energy savings or are funded through Efficiency Maine loan programs.
