Please join the Efficiency Maine Trust for the Triennial Plan III Stakeholder Forum 2
Date: Thursday, September 24, 2015
Time: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Place: Augusta Civic Center
The Trust’s Staff and Board are seeking your input as we set the course for the next three years of Efficiency Maine programs to reduce the cost and environmental impacts of energy use in Maine.
The morning session of the forum will present new data on the potential for cost-effective energy savings in Maine and the implications for Efficiency Maine budgets. We’ll also discuss cross-cutting programs such as Innovation Pilots and Grid Modernization. The afternoon will kick off with a summary of the proposed designs for the next three years of Efficiency Maine’s Residential and Business Programs. This will be followed by an open comment period from 2:00 – 4:00 PM in which stakeholders are encouraged to ask questions and offer brief comments on the Draft Plan. (The Trust expects to publish a first draft of the Triennial Plan for stakeholder review in early September.) Written comments may be submitted before or after the forum via our website.

Background: Every three years, the Efficiency Maine Trust prepares a strategic plan to provide integrated planning, program design and implementation strategies for energy efficiency, alternative energy resources and conservation programs. The Triennial Plan guides the administration of Efficiency Maine programs.
In the time since Efficiency Maine launched the stakeholder engagement portion of the Triennial Plan III planning process, we have hosted an in-person forum on June 17, 2015 and 12 webinars on program area topics relevant to the Triennial Plan. Please click here to view webinar recordings, access resources, and submit comments.
Please register today. We look forward to seeing you on September 24th.
