DESCRIPTION:This hybrid course will prepare students to audit multifamily buildings\, and take the Multifamily Building Analyst certification exams from the Building Performance Institute. Particular emphasis will be placed on the unique energy challenges in Maine’s multifamily building stock. BPI Multifamily Building Analyst Certification requires successful completion of the written and field exams. Exams will be scheduled after the completion of the course.
