This workshop will review the QPL\, and how to get the most from it and other DLC resources. Learn more about resources for selecting the most efficient measures for a given installation\, and how to ensure measures selected meet program incentive criteria. Avoid headaches with project applications by making the most of DLC resources. \n\n\n\n 3:45 – 4:45 P.M.\nDuctless Heat Pumps & Heating Systems Usage Behavior \nPresenter | Ian Burnes\, Strategic Initiatives Team Leader \nJoin Efficiency Maine for a briefing on recent ductless heat pump studies from our state and around the region. These studies metered usage and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of heating with heat pumps and central heating systems. The results of the studies might surprise you. Some Maine homeowners have not maximized savings from ductless heat pumps and are returning to their conventional heating when their ductless heat pump would be the more cost-effective choice. Yet other homeowners are “Super Users”\, maximizing savings from their heat pumps.
