Efficiency Maine held its Annual Symposium and Awards Ceremony on November 6 in Portland. The event featured two panels focusing on energy efficiency technology and success stories, one featuring customer perspectives, and the other, contractor/vendor perspectives.
The first panel featured presentations by: Alethea Cariddi, Sustainability Coordinator, University of New England; Suzanne MacDonald, Community Energy Director, Island Institute; and Kurt Shillington, Operations Manager, Princeton Properties. The second panel featured: John Murphy, Business Development Manager, Sweeney Rogers Geraghty Inc.; Vamshi Gooje, Associate, Thornton Tomasetti; and Dan Kelley, Vice President and Power Engineering Service Line Leader, Woodard & Curran.
