Chargers must be purchased within 60 days of discount code download. Chargers must be installed, connected to Wi-Fi, and set up with its mobile app within 6 months of purchase. Chargers purchased through this program are not eligible to participate in any other Efficiency Maine program. Discounts are limited to two per residential or business address. Program is subject to change or termination without notice. Efficiency Maine does not guarantee product performance. Customer commits to help Efficiency Maine conduct an inspection, and, if requested, will allow Efficiency Maine representatives reasonable access to the equipment to verify the installation of qualifying product. Customer grants the EV charger manufacturer the right to share customer registration and charging data with Efficiency Maine for the purpose of verifying participation in the Program.
