RFP EM-011-2024
RFP EM-011-2024: EV DC Fast Chargers at Maine Destinations
The Efficiency Maine Trust (the Trust) seeks qualified bidders (or teams of bidders) to host, purchase, install and operate public, universal DC “fast chargers” (DCFC) to serve electric vehicles (EV) at popular Maine destinations. The areas particular to this RFP are consistent with Maine’s Updated Plan for EV Infrastructure Deployment (Maine’s NEVI Plan) updated by the Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT) in August 2023. The Trust will consider bids that propose to serve only one location as well as bids proposing to serve multiple locations.
