Triennial Plan VI Stakeholder Process and Input

On October 3, 2024, the Efficiency Maine Board of Trustees voted to accept the Trust’s three-year strategic plan for fiscal years 2026, 2027 and 2028 – Triennial Plan VI (the Plan). On November 8, 2024, the Trust submitted the Plan to the Maine Public Utilities Commission (PUC) in Docket no. 2024-00310. Over the next few months, the PUC will review the Plan through an adjudicatory proceeding, open to the public.

Public Input on the Full Draft Plan

  • On June 5, 2024, the Trust released an overview of its Triennial Plan VI.
  • The Trust subsequently held two public hearings (on June 14 and June 27, 2024) to present this draft plan, answer questions, and take oral comments and suggestions from the public. It also welcomed written comments through July 5, 2024.
  • On August 22, 2024, the Trust shared a complete draft plan with the public and its Board.
