Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) Electric Benefit Payment

Efficiency Maine is offering a payment of $50 for Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) participants who meet the following criteria:

Received a heat pump rebate from Efficiency Maine and,
Heat their homes with heat pumps all winter and,
Own their home and,
Have a HEAP benefit notification letter showing that the Approved Fuel Type for their HEAP benefit is electricity.

One $50 payment per heating season per address. HEAP benefit assigned to electricity within the last 12 months. Program is subject to change without notice. Please allow six weeks for payment processing. Incomplete information may delay or disqualify your rebate.
