The Efficiency Maine Trust (the Trust) has released the first draft of its next three-year strategic plan (Triennial Plan V) for the period spanning fiscal years 2023, 2024, and 2025.
The Trust will hold a public hearing to present this draft plan, answer questions, and take oral comments and suggestions from the public. The hearing will be held online on Wednesday, July 14, 2021, from 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
By registering you will be given an opportunity to offer comment during the period for public comment and questions. A list of commenters – taken in the order they register – will be posted in advance of the meeting.

- To provide oral comments or testimony during the stakeholder meeting, please register here. The Trust will receive oral comments during a two-hour segment of the Forum. If a large number of commenters register to speak, the Trust may limit each commenter to a maximum of three (3) minutes. Registering automatically adds you to the list of potential commenters. A list of commenters — taken in the order they register — will be posted on this webpage in advance of the meeting. Registration will close at 12:00 PM on July 13.
The Trust will continue to welcome written comments on the draft through July 28, 2021. After comments have been considered, the Trust Staff will present a final draft to its Board of Trustees for review and approval. The Trust is aiming to file an approved Triennial Plan at the Maine Public Utilities Commission in September or October of this year.
