New Purchaser Agreement Now Available

The EV Accelerator Purchaser Agreement (EV Form #3) has been updated to better communicate the rebate process and the range of income-based rebate amounts available to your customers. You are required to use this updated version for reimbursement submissions for all electric vehicle sales that occurred after May 31, 2023. Rebate reimbursements will not be processed until you provide a completed copy of the new Purchaser Agreement.

Note that, with this revision, customers must now initial the Purchaser Agreement twice. Additionally, the rebate amount must be indicated by checking a box in a table, rather than writing out the rebate amount.
