Draft Triennial Plan VI (Fiscal Years 2026-2028)
On August 22, 2024, the Trust released the full draft of its Triennial Plan VI narrative document and appendices. Links to all draft files can be found below. The Efficiency Maine Board of Trustees will vote on the Plan in the first week of October. Once approved, the Trust will then submit the final Plan to the Public Utilities Commission for review through a public proceeding.
