Special Program for Small Businesses
Efficiency Maine has a two-step program to help small businesses conserve energy and save money, without requiring a lot of time or resources:
- Step One: FREE Energy Audits help companies without in-house expertise identify the most cost-effective energy-efficiency upgrades.
- Step Two: Low-interest Loans (currently at just 1%) help you pay for up to $35,000 worth of energy-efficient equipment and installation.
The Efficiency Maine Small Business Program is open to Maine commercial, non-profit and manufacturing facilities with fewer than 50 employees or less than $5 million in annual sales.
