Off-Peak Charging EV Rebates Launch on July 14, 2025

On Monday, July 14, 2025, Efficiency Maine will launch the new Off-Peak Charging Electric Vehicle Rebate program. 8/9/24 Program Changes: MSRP cap increase, new claim form, and more

On August 9, 2024, Efficiency Maine made the following changes: Replaced EV Purchaser Agreement with EV Rebate Claim Form. For eligible new vehicles, increased the maximum MSRP cap from $50,000 to $55,000. 07/02/2024:
Temporary Extension to Rebate Submission Deadline

In light of the recent outage of CDK Global’s sales software, Efficiency Maine is temporarily extending the timeframe to submit documentation for rebate reimbursement. For vehicles sold between June 15 and July 31, 2024, Efficiency Maine will allow Participating Dealers up to 90 days to submit documentation to the Rebate Reimbursement Form. For questions or concerns about this temporary extension, please email EV@efficiencymaine.com.
