Efficiency Maine offers five ways to get the best pricing in Maine:
- Lowe’s – $449 after $950 instant discount**
- Home Depot – $449 after $950 instant discount**
- Granite Group – $399 after instant discount**
- Plumbers can get discounted units from participating distributors.
- Heat pump water heaters purchased without an instant discount qualify for an $950 mail-in rebate.

Eligibility
- If using mail-in rebate form, it must be emailed or postmarked within six months of purchase and a copy of receipt/invoice from retailer or wholesaler (not installer) showing purchase date, price, and model number must be attached.
- New and installed in Maine
- ENERGY STAR® certified of any tank size
- Unit does not need to be installed by a Residential Registered Vendor.
- W-9 needed if mail-in rebate is for a business
